Why do I need an agent?

An agent will be your advocate. The person who will have all of the difficult conversations for you, on your behalf. Someone that will deeply understand you, your desires, your goals, and your dreams. Secure you on and off ice opportunities, support your development, and work with you to prepare for the path you choose to go down. We will highlight you through profiles, videos, and creative. We have amazing relationships with all of the PWHL teams and it will be our goal to find the very best organization for you to pursue your professional hockey dreams.

When should I secure an agent?

The sooner you can start working with an agent, the more prepared you will be for your PWHL draft class. Your agent should be supporting you with development, goal setting, on and off ice opportunities, personal branding, community initiatives, and most importantly, building a trusting relationship. All of this prepares you to become the most sought after draft pick in your class.

How do I find and choose an agent?

One of the best ways to choose find an agent is by talking with your teammates, past and present. See who they are working with and why. Make sure to ask questions like: Do you have a good relationship with your agent? Do they care about you? Do they communicate well and frequently with you? Do they have your back? Are they doing extra things for you like branding and marketing? Once you get your recommendations, meet with the agent. Have a video call, or coffee if you can in person, and get to know them. Make sure they are knowledgeable about this league and have good relationships with each of the GM’s and teams. Share your goals with them and ask how they can support you in achieving them. And most importantly, go with your gut feeling. If you get a sense that this agent is going to do everything they can to make your dreams come true, that’s the one!

What is the fee to work with an agent?

Our fee is a standard 3% of your hockey contract (as mandated by the PWHL CBA) and 20% of all marketing endorsements and off-ice opportunities.

What do you do differently than other agents?

Everything! We aren’t a traditional hockey agency. We aren’t going to secure you a contract and wish you luck for the season, only checking in once or twice. If that’s what you’re looking for, this won’t be a good fit for you. Instead we will become your advisor, your mentor, your friend, your family. Someone you can always go to with anything… in hockey or in life. We will take care of every single detail for you so you can focus on what matters most to you… your family, your friends, your career. We have taken the traditional client-agency model and flipped it upside down. We’re building a legacy. One that we’d love you to be a part of. Women supporting women.
